Despite knowing what we wanted in theory, it can be sometimes hard to describe it to the person doing the job, however with Pat & Danny this was not the case, they would listen, feed it back to us, show us pictures or samples and even make suggestions on how to improve on the original idea. Their ideas are very upmarket. We were constantly kept in the loop and given plenty of time to think about the next decision.
